Kate Hudson Diet and Exercise Secrets Revealed – How She Lose Weight and Eat Healthy

Kate Hudson clearly has a body that is envied by a lot of the female population. She is one of the most beautiful women in the industry she works for, and she is even on the cover of the 2009 issue of World's Most Beautiful People. She is in known for being in style, sweet and sexy. It is a good thing that she shares to world what keeps her fit and healthy. After gaining 60 pounds due to pregnancy, she was able to lose all of it in just a short span of time. Kate Hudson says that she followed a fitting diet and does exercise regularly that is why she was able to lose weight fast. She shares to the public that her favorite meals include salads for dinner and yogurt with honey for her breakfast.

The first thing Kate Hudson did was to decrease her daily caloric intake and adjusted it to her weight and height. She consulted with a specialist to achieve better results. Her diet consisted of lean proteins that included chicken, fish, turkey, and tofu, and she ate low carbohydrate foods such as vegetables, fresh fruits, and legumes. She also ate foods rich in essential fatty acids such as olive oil, fish oil, seeds and nuts, which are very helpful if you want your body to function properly. She limited her caloric intake to an approximate number of calories per day that is equivalent to 1500cal. She did this by cutting down her consumption of bread and pasta.

The second thing the actress did was to do a lot of exercise. Her routine included three hours of workout. These are the following: one hour of cardio, one hour of Pilates or yoga and one hour running on the treadmill. She made it a point that working out is a part of her lifestyle. She is also into dancing the reason she took up dance classes to divert from the boredom of doing the same routine repeatedly.
